My Sunday tradition: avocado toast + French press coffee. To be fair, avocado toast is amazing with just salt and pepper and I definitely don't say no to dressing that simple. But I mean...if you're going to a nice cozy Sunday avocado toast at home, why not go all out am I right?

So here it is: the BEST avocado toast recipe. 

  • a nice, seedy, grainy bread
  • a v ripe avocado
  • Trader Joe's "Everything But The Bagel" seasoning
  • nutritional yeast
  • paprika
  • cayenne pepper
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Layering really matters to me for taste. So I usually put the garlic first, then the nutritional yeast, then the paprika, then then the cayenne, then the TJ's seasoning, then the salt and pepper. 

Trust me on this, guys. The garlic. The spice. The seeds. The cheesy flavor from the nutritional yeast. O M F G. This is theeee shit *kisses fingers*
